Meet Odell. He's a shepherd mix around 3 and 1/2 years old. This pretty boy was found in a neighborhood wearing a harness back in xxxx. After no one claimed him he was brought to CARA. Odell has since been adopted and brought back due to his lack of love for other 4 legged animals. He is great with humans though and loves everyone he meets.
