She was found in a subdivision wearing a collar back in July of xxxx, at just 3 months old. She's been at CARA for much too long waiting for that special someone to see past her being just another black dog. Darla is extremely shy as shelter life is all she's ever known. We still believe in finding Darla a perfect home. She'll need a very patient and understanding family to socialize her and bring her out of her timidness.
